Rhoda and Wyntra, cousins were brought together by God after more than 20 years apart to fulfill His purpose of starting Conscious Blessings LLC. Toxic individuals often exhibit manipulative, controlling, or self-centered behaviors that can negatively affect those around them. Their actions may be draining, stressful, and detrimental to your mental and emotional well-being causing you to take on negative thoughts and behaviors of your own. it is better to get away and stay away. Set boundaries.Some signs to watch for of a toxic person include:

  • Constant Criticism

  • Manipulative Behavior

  • Lack of Empathy

  • Drama and Conflict

  • Control Freak

  • Gaslighting

  • Boundary Violations

  • Consistent Negativity

  • Jealousy and Unreliable

Behaviors Stem From:

Underlying feeling of low self-esteem, Mental conditions (Narcissistic Personality Disorder, Childhood trauma, other deeply rooted personal issues, Unresolved emotional issues, and learned behaviors.
